Golden Owl Award
The Golden Owl Award is the result of a partnership between Nationwide, Farm Credit Mid-America, and Indiana FFA. From November – December students, fellow teachers, and other supporters in Indiana could nominate their favorite agricultural teacher and summarize what makes him or her the best in their state.
During National FFA Week, Indiana FFA announces the top eight honorees for 2023. Each of the eight honorees will receive a $500 check and an engraved plaque. Each summer, during the Indiana FFA State Convention at Purdue University, the Golden Owl Award winner will be announced. The Golden Owl Award winner will receive a $3,000 check and the coveted Golden Owl Award trophy. We are excited to share all the good things that have been said about our teachers.
