General Information
Thank you for considering requesting a State Officer for your event. Before completing the submission form there are a few items to consider:
- Be sure to check the calendar to see if the State Officers are available for your request. If the calendar states "State Officers Unavailable for Request" we will not be able fulfill any request that day.
- All events for an FFA Chapter or FFA Chapter related activity should be submitted using the FFA Chapter Related Event link.
- Any event not for an FFA Chapter should be submitted using the Non-FFA Chapter Related Event link.
- To ensure the best experience for your event and the State Officer(s), be sure to utilize the State Officer Planning Guide located in the box to the right.
- All requests should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the event. Any request submitted under 2 weeks are not guaranteed to be processed.
Once a request is received, please allow the State Officer Management Team 3-5 business day to process the request. You will be contacted directly by the attending State Officer if we are able to fulfill the request.

State Officer Request - FFA Chapter Related Event
The State Officers will put an average of 30,000 miles on their vehicles during their year in office traveling to chapter visits, district kick-offs, FFA Week events, convocations, chapter banquets and other chapter events. State Officer Request - Non-FFA Chapter Related Event
Requests that are not affiliated with a local FFA chapter or who are requesting a State FFA Officer for a non-FFA event, will be asked to reimburse the Indiana FFA State Officer $.40/mile for travel costs. These are requests that do not come from chartered FFA Chapters in the state of Indiana or potential programs that are asking for State Officer support to create a program at a local school.
